Cumin: Apart from vegetables, you can drink cumin seeds mixed in water or tea. This will strengthen your digestive system. The anti-oxidant and anti-viral properties present in it will help in removing stomach related problems like stomach gas etc.

Celery(Carom seed): In case of stomach cramps, mixing one teaspoon of celery with a little black salt and taking it with warm water is beneficial.

Myrobalan (Harad): Consuming myrobalan powder mixed with honey provides relief from gas problems.

Fennel: Consuming fennel after meals daily relieves the problem of gas. You can keep fennel and sugar candy mixed on the dining table.

Clove: Sucking one clove every day after eating food does not cause sour belching. This can cure the problem of gas.

Black Salt: Grind black salt, carom seeds, cumin seeds and myrobalan in equal quantities and make powder. Consuming ½ teaspoon of this powder with lukewarm water immediately after eating can help in getting rid of stomach gas.

Black Pepper: In case of headache due to gas, add black pepper to tea. Drinking that tea provides relief in gas problem.

Curd: Curd is rich in nutrients and good bacteria. Consuming a bowl of curd daily in lunch can help in getting rid of stomach gas.

Peppermint: Peppermint is very beneficial in eliminating stomach gas because peppermint has many medicinal properties. You can make peppermint tea or chutney and consume it.

Basil: Basil (Tulsi) is rich in anti-bacterial, anti-viral and many medicinal properties. Consuming it helps in removing stomach gas. You can drink basil tea, water or decoction.

Ginger: Cut ginger into small pieces and sprinkle salt on it and eat it several times a day, your gas problem will go away, your body will become light and your appetite will increase.

Lemon Water: Start your day by having a glass of water with lemon before eating anything. Regular consumption of this product will provide relief from sour belching and a bitter taste in the mouth.

Coconut Water: By drinking coconut water you can get relief from gas problem. Coconut water has such medicinal properties that it relieves indigestion and provides relief from gas.
