Celery(Carom seed): In case of stomach cramps, mixing one teaspoon of celery with a little black salt and taking it with warm water is beneficial.

Myrobalan (Harad): Consuming myrobalan powder mixed with honey provides relief from gas problems.

Fennel: Consuming fennel after meals daily relieves the problem of gas. You can keep fennel and sugar candy mixed on the dining table.

Clove: Sucking one clove every day after eating food does not cause sour belching. This can cure the problem of gas.

Black Salt: Grind black salt, carom seeds, cumin seeds and myrobalan in equal quantities and make powder. Consuming ½ teaspoon of this powder with lukewarm water immediately after eating can help in getting rid of stomach gas.

Black Pepper: In case of headache due to gas, add black pepper to tea. Drinking that tea provides relief in gas problem.
